Mark Skelton, President of Intermountain Agency, has worked with individuals and businesses in Idaho for more than 16 years. He specializes in health insurance solutions tailored to each client, stays current on industry changes, and has served on several insurance advisory boards. Mark is active in his community and enjoys coaching and cheering for youth sports with his family.

Barb has worked in the insurance industry for 30 years. She has served on the Board of Treasure Valley Health Underwriters, participated in leading-producer and national underwriter organizations, and received the 2009 PIC Award for persistency, integrity, and consistency. She specializes in Medicare, individual and group health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Jeri began in insurance after high school, first paying claims and later working in customer service. Her extensive knowledge of claims, bills, and insurance helps clients navigate questions and service issues. She is a full-service independent broker specializing in Medicare, group and individual health, life, and dental plans.

Michelle has more than 16 years of health-insurance experience and guides clients through Medicare, health, dental, and life insurance choices. Her goal is clear communication, personalized support, and dependable follow-through. There is no cost to clients for using her services; she is compensated by insurance carriers.

Cassie is an Idaho native and 2003 Borah High School graduate. After an 11-year cosmetology career, she earned her insurance license in 2018 for group and individual health, dental, vision, and disability plans. She is a certified agent on the Idaho health exchange and helps groups and individuals find plans suited to their needs.

Isaac joined Intermountain Agency in April 2021 after four years in auto, home, and commercial insurance. He works with individuals, families, businesses, and Medicare beneficiaries across multiple carriers, emphasizing long-term customer service, enthusiasm, and integrity. He and his family enjoy camping, fishing, hiking, and Idaho’s outdoors.

Jason is a Meridian High School graduate and longtime Treasure Valley resident. After 17 years in customer service, he earned his insurance license in 2021 and became a certified producer on the Idaho health exchange. He offers group and individual health, Medicare, dental, and vision coverage, with a focus on each client’s best interests.

Cheryl has more than 15 years of health-care experience and previously led teams in the dental industry. As an Intermountain Agency broker, she is accredited in Idaho to help clients with individual, group, and Medicare benefits. She values professionalism, integrity, and honesty and enjoys family time, cycling, hiking, camping, and golf.

Kristine has more than 25 years of life and health insurance experience through Blue Cross of Idaho, independent agency work, and financial services. A Boise State University graduate, she helps clients understand individual, family, and Medicare companion plans and serves people throughout the Treasure Valley by appointment.
